Poor Customer Service I saw a used car on their website I wanted to purchase, so I called to make sure it was available and it was accident free (found out later from a man I saw a used car on their website I wanted to purchase, so I called to make sure it was available and it was accident free (found out later from a manager there it actually wasn't accident free despite being assured it was).  I had to arrange for a baby-sitter and get a ride out there, because I don't live in Mississauga.  I called again right before we left to make sure the car was there, and let the sales person, Jim, know what time I would arrive.  Once we finally made it through traffic (over an hour commute, but we got there when we said we would) another sales person sold the car.  What a waste of time! I spoke to a manager the following day, and he said the car wasn't actually sold, but since we didn't get to see it they would arrange for someone to drive the car to Toronto for me to take a look at.  I thought that was a great way to make up for what happened. The day they were supposed to drive the car to Toronto, "someone called in sick, so they'd have to reschedule."   When I didn't hear from them in 2 days I called to find out when they were going to come, and they decided they weren't going to be able to bring it anymore.  Way to renege on your own solution. More

It started off as a routine maintenance service at Erin Park. As usual I was idling in the showroom and eyeing on my next vehicle. I was looking at the RAV4 in the meantime soliciting vehicle info. I had a very brief conversation with Geoffrey about my current lease and my interest to start a new lease. While I was waiting in the lounge, he presented me a lease quotation in just less than 45min. It was a very attractive quote other than the lease term. Immediately it got me really serious. After my test drive in the same week and ironed out many details, the lease was finalized within 4 days. Three weeks later I am driving the new RAV4. I understand Geoffrey went a great length to put up a lease that fit into my current lease budget. That service alone is unmatched in my many year experience with Toyota. Geoffreyis not only a very fine young, vibrant, energetic man, he is also very patient and thorough. He always carries a welcoming warm smile. Thank you Geofreyf!
