The staff at Toyota Erin Park were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The service in the showroom was amazing, we had been to many other dealerships and had not great experiences (Hyundai, Honda, ect). We found that the staff helped to make our final decision to buy a Toyota. Special thanks to Dane, Duke, Geoffrey, Terrance, Suleman for all their efforts to make our purchase happen. We are so happy with our cars, no complaints! More
Three Trips to get something fixed Nov. 21st regular servicing revealed broken pipe. Part needed to be ordered; guaranteed delivery Nov.23rd; Appointment made for Nov. 24th at 9:30; lef Nov. 21st regular servicing revealed broken pipe. Part needed to be ordered; guaranteed delivery Nov.23rd; Appointment made for Nov. 24th at 9:30; left car for repair; received call at 10:20 to say part wasn't in after all. Rescheduled appointment for Dec.9th. When I arrived it took 30 minutes just to check me in. Received call from Helena at 1:35 - car was ready for pick-up. Arrived at 2:15 to be told very curtly by Helena to go sit in the waiting room - car wasn't ready. Finally at 3 p.m. told I could get my car. Because of all this, I asked if there would be a reduction on the invoice and was told "yes, $10". I bought the car here; have done all my servicing here for the last 9 years. Was happy until this last servicing event of Nov./Dec. Very disappointed; not sure I wish to return either for servicing or for future purchase. More

I've been going there for the past 3 years and every one I meet is friendly and ready to help. There are obviously some oddballs here and there, every company is prone to some negativity, but I would certainly say that overall this Erin Park has been a great experience every single time. I wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else, especially Oakville Toyota (avoid it like the plague!) More

I have had several issues with the service management as issues were discovered under warranty and they were reluctant to address until Toyota Canada was contacted. Even then the issue was resolved but only temporarily repaired until warranty expired. The only bright side is that a new service rep, Uzma Baig, actually cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to try to address and resolve issues. More

They were very friendly but not pushy and when we said we were just browsing around, they politely left us alone. We went back last week and had a great experience buying a 2016 Highlander. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and eager to help. It was a very easy and painless experience. Our sales person was great and provided all the information we needed to choose the right model for us. The paperwork process was very smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I was hesitating which car might fit to my long distance commute. I’ve been driving over 500miles per week. I had several options to deicide. Steve and we discussed 20 minutes. He listened and understood my situation, expectation and concerns. Then he gave the perfect advice that I need to consider. It’s not just about fuel efficiency but the safety and comfortability for long driving. So, I decided to buy Camry hybrid. In addition, I think I got a good deal. I’m very satisfied this car right now. If my friends look for a new car, I’ll definitely recommend Steve. More

Steve was understanding and accommodating when I wanted to look and sit in the cars several times. Once I decided on the Camry, Steve followed-up with a photo that I could share with friends and family until I picked up the car - it was fun sharing the excitement! Steve also followed-up to made sure that I was happy with my experiences, including the review of the car's "bells and whistles". I love my Camry! More
