I have purchased Toyota's exclusively since 1988 - Previa, Celica, Rav 4(2), Highlander, Camry (2) and FRS. Originally, I dealt with Oakville Toyota but when my Service Advisor, Mario D'Souza departe Previa, Celica, Rav 4(2), Highlander, Camry (2) and FRS. I bought a new car in late January and was very happy with the service I recieved from Wai. - he is friendly and professional - same great service throughout, even after we were committed to buying a c with the service I recieved from Wai. - he is friendly and professional - same great service throughout, even after we were committed to buying a car from him. - he is very flexible in arranging meetings (he even came in on his day off to meet with us) - flexible regarding methods of communication (email/text) (++ important for me as I work shift work) - always responds in a timely manner - he did not pressure me into buying any upgrades etc. He only informed me of them so that I could make a choice. - he was mindful of my needs/interests and did not stray from them. - he provides concise information on what I was buying (on the day of pick-up, he spent 2 hours answering our questions and making sure we knew how use the car's multiple functions. Overall I was very impressed with Wai's customer service. I never felt rushed and I'm very happy with the car's price (thank you Mike also!). I did not expect for him to go above and beyond. I always take my Corolla to Erin Park Toyota where I bought the car as well. Mostly my service advisor has been Mario including my last visit. Mario is generally very knowledgeable and advises on the current state of the car and recommends appropriate maintenance. I also found that Mario is very cognizant about safety aspects of the vehicle. Generally very polite and amiable. I also found that Mario generally accommodates my schedule and sometimes some urgent requests as well the best he can. Grace is also an outstanding employee, ensuring my shuttle ride is set up and letting me know promptly when the car is ready. Her willingness to assist customers is exemplary.
