Great experience buying a new car I had a great experience working with Affan. He was friendly and informative throughout the process and helped us get a great deal on a new car. When I signed the Vehicle Purchase Agreement, with a trade in, I provided the proper documentation to have ownership and insurance transferred appropriately. When I made the arrangement to pick up my vehicle, I was told by Paiman Chowdhry and Amandeep Soos, that because I didn't provide the proper documentation that I could not take my new vehicle off the lot. When I assured them that my sales representative Paul Wong, not only saw the official documentation, he also photocopied it, Paiman and Amandeep became aggressive and said that they would take legal action against me. I was more thrown off by this threat, as I did not see why I couldn't take my new purchase home. They then said that they would increase my agreed upon finance rate by 1%, even though the Vehicle Purchase Agreement states otherwise. When I suggested to call off the new purchase because they were changing the purchase agreement without my permission, they became very defensive and told me once again they are going to take legal action against me. After several unnecessary hours and calls to my insurance company assuring them everything was in fact in order, they proceeded to give me my vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I noticed that the navigational system that was supposed to be installed was not in place. Paul Wong, my sales representative told me that the Amandeep Soos no longer wanted to give me the navigational system that was originally negotiated with the vehicle. This seemed ludicrous to me because it was agreed upon on the purchase agreement. Also, when I checked the Final Delivery Checklist that I was given, it stated that the dealership inspected the car and checked off that they had installed the navigational system. Had I not checked it on site at the dealership, I might not have received it. None the less, I am not sure why a simple transaction of sales cannot be done here. I am a very experienced in purchasing cars and have bought many cars in my lifetime and I couldn't believe the utter disrespect and horrific customer service I received at this location. I have a 7-year warranty and can't imagine what it will be like dealing with this dealership. More

Total labor charge was 667.87 , total parts was 199.18, G.O.G was 6.99, plus tax total invoice was 987.67. The car service time is less than 2 hours. I am not happy with it and I talked to the service manager, after he looked into my invoice he said there is nothing wrong, I told him that it is ridiculous, how come the labor was so high, he said basically that is how their service is. I am very disappointed with it, I felt I was being con, I thought most of my money is paid for the parts but the parts is just less than 200. I was very disappointed because they did not explain to me that the labor charge is six hundred over, if I have knew that I would not have done my service there. I really felt being con. I looked at the invoice it stated that labour rate is 110.00 per hour, and how can they charged me for 667.87 on labour. If they have service for 6 hours then make sense. I have always like Mazda, I am very satisfy with my Mazda 3, but this bad experience has changed my view toward Mazda. What is the point to have a good car but the after sale service was so bad!!! I am doubted that I would want to deal with Mazda anymore. More

I have no knowledge nor p Bought my first car from a friend of mine (2011 Mazda 3) last October and had the safety check done at Erin Mills with Paul. I have no knowledge nor prior experience with other dealership/service and Paul helped me a great deal. He explained everything to me, showed me the things that needed to be done and why. He also gave me options on which items/brands to use. He didn't push their products down my throat, which I appreciated. I was very happy with his service and I thought that was the standard there. Fast forward 5 months later, my car won't start. Spoke with Nadeem over the phone and told me the car had to be towed and taken to them. So I thought since I had a great experience the first time, I should trust them this time around. Big mistake. This guy told me there was a bunch of stuff that needed to be done and it would cost $1000. Most of which i didn't really understand. They replaced the battery and spark plug, from which I understand now is what was essential to get the car to start. I'm sure I needed to get my front and back breaks cleaned and adjusted at some point, and have a complete throttle body service done, and have the fuel system treatment done. But i wasn't given a choice. I think he noticed that I didn't know much about cars and that might be why he took advantage. But he had me believe that i needed to have all those stuff done in order to address my problem at that time. I would have had those things done at another time if he would have suggested it. But i felt like i was scammed. $1000 is not a joke. Another thing, when I went to pick up my car, the right side mirror was busted. I can't believe this guy would go through all the trouble of doing all those extra stuff and forget to mention that my side mirror was about to fall off. It might have been from the towing but I find it ridiculous that he just didn't mention it or even ask if that damage was already there before the car got to them. So disappointing. More
Scam Artists Went for simple oil change. Was talked into getting plugs and drive belt done. I did not get more than 5Km down the road and my car was not shifting Went for simple oil change. Was talked into getting plugs and drive belt done. I did not get more than 5Km down the road and my car was not shifting properly and engine light came on. Back to dealer for what I assumed would be a quick fix for what the technician broke, forgot to replug etc. No, not that easy at this place. They found I needed a mass airflow sensor and some other part estimate $1,350!! Nice. I had no choice as I was heading out of town, so they would give me a loaner, only thing they have is a Mazda3...I have CX-7, but they can't loan me similar. Advisor says he'll pay part of a rental. I rent car for weekend, $430. They have my car Friday-Tuesday and say it will be ready Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't and they don't even call me to say so! I finally get car back Wednesday evening, and of course advisor who said he knock off the rental fee is nowhere to be found. So Total price for oil change with them??? approx $2,200 and 5 days. NEVER AGAIN! More
Great car not backed by basic expectations of "service" Though the car is great and a joy to drive, this dealership takes customer service to a new low. Service pricing is significantly higher than others Though the car is great and a joy to drive, this dealership takes customer service to a new low. Service pricing is significantly higher than others and the time, quality and what passes for service is terrible at best. No concept of respect for the customer's time of needs. I was refused a customer shuttle home as the rep sai d they did not provide shuttles for services estimated to last 90 minutes or less even though my house is a 5 minute drive; so I walked home in 20 minutes in minus 10 Celsius. Their service takes on average twice the time as initially estimated. Very disappointed customer-they do not realize that they have a job/business because of their customers! More
