Lost my trust!!! Very disappointed in their service. We went into purchase a new car and we were told a price which we said we needed to think about it. We were ready to pay that price, and was ready to make the deal the next morning; however the store was closed on Sunday. Monday, after work we went, and after LOOONG wait; we are ready to purchase and then we are told the price is $1000 more!!! We had the sales rep's paperwork that indicated the price and all of the sudden the price goes up????? Thanks for making it easy on myself and my family not to come shop at your dealership ever again. This is a loyal mazda customer who"s family owns 3 mazda vehicle and have been driving Mazda vehicle over 15 years. Never again walking in Erin Mills Mazda dealership again! More
