Back in the day you spend $200 in service and you would get a wash and a detail, and be proud to be driving a Toyota. Now, you leave the shop (4th time it's in, in just a year)after replacing a starter on warranty. And they charge you an extra $300 for breaking bolts on that warrantied starter, cause, well that's not covered. (Must be my fault the guys broke the bolts) Drive away and the thing starts dumping oil all over my manifold.. quality does not exist in this repair shop. I can imagine the bill on that of I would have brought it back. Thankyou to the garage that helped fix up the leak and tow. Oh, 1 more thing. If your adelvertising $17.95 winter wipers on your desks and at the back door, with no small print... dont charge $78 on the bill for those very wipers, like you did. Extremely disapointed that I purchased a toyota Tundra, and the extra warranty that really has covered nothing. More

This dealership is great. From the girl answering the phone right through to the top. They were book solid and managed to work me in to get a new battery. I so appreciate the great service. Excellent service I was received promptly. While I had booked the appointment for a specific problem, Mike pointed out that recommended service was coming up soon, allo I was received promptly. First and Last I booked my Toyota I just purchased used privately for a specific part that was offered by Toyota. The part installed was not the part I was quoted I booked my Toyota I just purchased used privately for a specific part that was offered by Toyota. The part installed was not the part I was quoted and could have been installed cheaper elsewhere if I knew I was getting a basically generic part from Ens. After I paid my bill, I found I was charged for something I brought in myself for an oil change. I was told I would be refunded my money for the overcharge but another waste of my time to go back to the dealership again. More than likely going to be my only service done at this dealership. More

Oil change I asked Brett to ensure the valve stem covers were replaced after the check and he did. The last two times I was in for an oil change I had to go the Canadian Tire to get some as some were not replaced. On the survey when I click service as the reason for my visit it would be helpful not to have to scroll through other name ie sales to get to the service folks. Just a thought. More
