I live in Toronto but while looking for a pre-owned BMW found this Ajax dealer, Endras BMW (previously unknown to me) on a BMW website. As a result of my telephone inquiry to Endras, I was referred to "Cl found this Ajax dealer, Endras BMW (previously unknown to me) on a BMW website. I arranged an appointment with him to view a possible vehicle but after my arrival he identified a newer and better alternative for me (which he recommended but did not press me to purchase). In a little more than an hour after my arrival and after some negotiation on price I completed the purchase. His enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly manner made the process go very smoothly.
