We were a little disappointed with the cleaning/detailing of the used vehicle. We were assured it would be like new. It was not like new. The inner trunk was still dirty ...the rear cupholders grungy ...the seat tracks (when moved forward) were dirty ...all those little things ...that when they add up, made us feel that the vehicle was used and not new and needed cleaning. That said, it was no reflection on the sales and support service we received. That was outstanding! We would do business with this team again ...in a heart beat ...and would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you. More

After going to two other BMW dealers, who said it was almost impossible to find the 2013 320i I needed a car that had to have Navigation installed. After going to two other BMW dealers, who said it was almost impossible to find the 2013 320iX with Nav so late in the "car year" when 2014 is now coming in, one cold call to Endras BMW and I got Jennifer Tranquada who hauled one all the way from the port in Halifax to satisfy my need. Koodoos to her and Rob Lecesse who worked closely with her to find me my dream car at an affordable price. Driving all the way to Ajax was well worth it! The reception was awesome and heartwarming - I felt right at home :) Chloe was patient in taking me through the other options available as a precautionary measure and I didnt feel pressured into making any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Peter went all out to take me through this totally new driving experience and exercised great patience during my orientation. More
