Terry communicated with me as necessary, was very responsive, knew his stuff, and at the end delivered a deal that was better than the other BMW dealers. 2) The service team, especially Tyrone Periera is simply awesome. Honestly, one of my main reasons for staying with BMW is due to the outstanding service I have received from Endras (and Tyrone in particular). Both my wife and I have had excellent service on our BMWs and have been coming here for ~7 years. The fact that Tyrone is at Endras always seals the deal for us to buy our vehicle at Endras. Endras beats the Quinn owned Parkview BMW and BMW Toronto by a wide wide margin. Couldn't be happier that a local dealer is winning. Keep up the great work Terry and Tyrone!
