x5 purchase with low mileage Walked into this dealership and was greeted by Maya(male). He assessed what I needed and had a great deal of knowledge of the cars. Was not pushy at all, he set me up with the right salesperson. Kevin Ghazi had the right car in mind for me with little to no mileage. I was skeptical at first as to how a 2015 had just 9kms but he was enthusiastic and felt confident that I would like this vehicle. He sent me to Rene Jung to process a loan application. She was polite and helpful but the main thing is that they somehow got me approved where the Lexus dealer last year could not and this dealership is close by. They worked hard at getting all the paperwork in order. Rene even corresponded with my insurance guy. I literally didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They faxed and photocopied the necessary documents and I am not driving a new X5 with all the bells and whistles. More

I called the dealership from Sweden, Stockholm where i live and explained to Rida that i was planing a big surprise for my father who lives in Toronto, i wanted to purchase the white 535ix M-Sport 2013 for him. The other dealerships i had been in contact with barely took me serious when they heard my plans for my father, especially when they heard that i called from another country. Rida has been so kind and really helped me out with all my questions. She has explained every detail on the process and really took her time whenever i called or sent her e-mail. These days you rarely find salepersons who are genuine and really care about more than just selling.
