Drive over an hour to get to the dealership only to find out that I wasn't due? The man helping us was rude, didnt apologize, even after all the email correspondence was provided. And apparently the service I was booked for doesn't even exist? Maybe they should be training their employees better on customer service. I will never be going back to this dealership. Such a joke.
