I have had my KIA SOUL serviced at this dealership since I first bought it in 2016. The service staff are quick to answer all of your questions and are always friendly. I feel the time it takes to perfor I first bought it in 2016. The service staff are quick to answer all of your questions and are always friendly. I feel the time it takes to performance basic maintenance is great and done professionally in keep with KIA standards. The location is close to a coffee shop and fast-food restaurant if you get hungry, not that getting your car serviced will take too long, I just enjoy the accessibility option. Overall, a decent shop that is close by to many other services and comfortable to sit and wait in as well. More

I had done my due diligence before specifically booking an appointment to consult with Terry Butz on my New Car purchase. All the reviews were indeed correct as he is an awesome person. He is kind, knowledgeable, effective, efficient, professional and made the whole car buying experience very enjoyable! I met Terry in November of 2021 when I placed the order for my 2022 Kia Seltos. He got me a great price and I walked away so thrilled with how pleasant an experience he had made it. In February of 2022 I happily picked up my new 2022 Kia Seltos and Terry once again made this a very positive experience and made sure everything was well taken care of. While there, I was so proud to see all the awards on his desk, as he truly does deserve them. If you're looking for an awesome car buying experience. I highly recommend seeing Terry Butz. Also Louie Edora - Fiance Manager was great to work with! Along with the reception staff. More
Poor service, poor communication on check-in person. He left my keys on the small counter without even saying anything- he should have given them to me. He never even said he was taking them apart. Went in for oil change and supposed to look at my tire sensors, as light is on and reading all over the place. Got my vehicle back the tire sensor ĺight was still on, and they said they had to reseal the sensors, as light is on and reading all over the place. Got my vehicle back the tire sensor ĺight was still on, and they said they had to reseal the front passenger tire. Phoned back and said it should go off after I drive a bit. Nope next morning the front passenger tire was blinking on my screen and saying low pressure now and you could feel it when I drove it was low, also my vehicle was still saying service required. Called back and told them of the problems, really had to question if the work was done on my vehicle. Service Manager came and got my vehicle to bring it back for them to look over. Overall even with them fixing everything after bringing my vehicle back a second time not really happy!!! More
