From start to finish, his customer service was nothing short of amazing! Vick was exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. What stood out the most was his proactive communication. he kept me updated promptly at every step of the process so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. After thousands of dollars eastside kia could not fix there own make of vehicle. They want me to buy a new Kia and wonder why I am upset when they steal thousands of dollars from me and never get anywhe there own make of vehicle. Why would I buy another Kia when eastside Kia mechanics can't fix their own brand of vehicle. I regret buying another kia. But relieved that they will not longer persecute me because of me owning a kia. Their influence has lost its saltiness. More

Upfront experience was very good. The salesperson was knowledgeable and attentive. The back end of the experience was less positive. After signing the agreement and placing a down pay The salesperson was knowledgeable and attentive. The back end of the experience was less positive. After signing the agreement and placing a down payment, we were ushered into a separate office to go through the numerous warranties available. This upselling was overwhelming with the information being presented and we felt pressured to make an immediate decision. It was too late to back out of the sale as we would lose our deposit. It would have been better if the warranties were disclosed upfront so we could make a more informed decision in purchasing the vehicle. More

I bought my car in 2010 brand new Kia Soul. It’s been coming to Eastside Kia ever since. I think it’s a fantastic place Teri in service is the most awesome.
