I signed a contract to purchase a new car. On the contract it says distance travelled is 150km. However, when the car arrives it has 473km on the vehicle. Tried to book a test drive during Covid, was told someone would pick me up due to my situation and that the test drive was booked for 2:00 pm. On the day of 1 hour before the test drive I contacted the sales would pick me up due to my situation and that the test drive was booked for 2:00 pm. On the day of 1 hour before the test drive I contacted the sales person who informed they can no longer pick me up but would look into it. They didn't get back to me until 5:00 pm only to tell me I have to find my own way there but they have the vehicle ready and waiting. Unfortunately I didn't have a working car at the time which I informed them previously. Not sure why they couldn't tell me this ahead of time instead of wasting my day waiting on a response if they knew they couldn't follow through. We agreed then when I have a working car I can come back in, unfortunately if I have a working car then I don't need a new car. More

Went back after not hearing from them for 2 weeks they said they lost the pictures and they had to take them again. After all that they said none of the scratches and dents are covered. Long story short, Never buy the first Canadian auto guard package and honesly wouldn’t recommend purchasing any other packages. More
