This could have been due to large sale at dealership .To many voice mails and no calls returned regarding vehicles status. I am hoping for a better experience when service is required on this vehicle. What Jason told us right away was that they will work their hardest to earn our business. The second thing he did was introduce us to the other management team Jim Fyles. Jason brought Jim up to speed on our situation and Jim assured us right away, that they will work with us within our budget. They didnt promise miracles but they did promise that they would help us and priority one is to make us happy. After talking with them and starting the process we got the feeling that they would appreciate our business. We got the feeling that from an oil change to the most expensive model vehicle they will work for us and not just for themselves. And at the end of the day when a business appreciates your money that you are willing to spend with them, be it 5.00 or 50,000 dollars than that is a place we are willing to frequent. Probably best experience buying a new vehicle First contact was with Rodney in online sales. I walked into Eastern Chrysler with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, I was looking get out of my Mazda 3 and into a Ram 1500 Truck, living in the I walked into Eastern Chrysler with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, I was looking get out of my Mazda 3 and into a Ram 1500 Truck, living in the country for a couple years now and it just made sense. The Salesman I got was Colin Fraser, and I'm glad I did. I was looking at the EcoDiesel Ram because of the fuel economy, and threw every question at him that I could. He had the answer for a lot of the questions and for the ones he didn't he had the service guys speak to me to answer them, Let's face it, I cant realistically expect him to know the technical specs to every vehicle they sell right off the top of his head. I would say that over a period of a week and a half, about 5 separate trips (a couple of them were about 4 hours long!) he had addressed all of my concerns, I ended up switching my mind about the EcoDiesel halfway through and ended up going with the Hemi instead. Then I was dealing with Jason McLean for the closing of the deal. Pretty low pressure, as closing a sale is usually not so much. But he had patience with me, as we haggled over the trade in, purchase price, and other aspects. I feel I got a decent price for my trade in, and for the truck itself (with a few "extras" thrown in to boot). Then off to financing with Barry Olinkin. Barry walked me through everything...I did give him the gears over a couple things, but he took it like a pro. He got me a good deal on the Extended warranty also. All in all I would say everyone I dealt with there - Colin, Jason, and Barry were seasoned and professional. They showed me respect and even after the sale, when I did run into a few snags with the truck, they did, in my opinion, go above and beyond to take care of things. That level of service is why I would recommend them and Eastern Chrysler to anyone looking for a vehicle, and why I will be going back there when It's time for a 2500 :) More
