I was show to my sales coordinator in short order. I must admit I can be a bit of a tough critic when it comes to these sort of things. When thousands of dollars and your future happiness are on the line... who wouldn't be ! My Coordinator listened to what I wanted , and built my Wrangler with my wife and myself. I was very adamant about the color and options of my vehicle. Even so far as to say I wouldn't compromise on the color, As wranglers offer a special color each year. I made Andrew work pretty hard to find the perfect vehicle, he had all kinds of patients with us. Even so far as to entertain our thoughts on a completely different vehicle. we spent about 45 mins walking around the lot discussing our choices and needs. When we returned Andrew was awaiting us, keeping himself free for us. ( Thanks !) At this point we had a movie to get to and were a bit rushed Jason ran the numbers in short order, they hurried us into Dorothy's office to fill out the final costs and choices (like extended warranty) in what must have been record time :). Short of it, The experience was very smooth on their end. They did everything to make our time there informative and easy. I picked my new wrangle up today and I can't say enough about how good everyone at Eastern Chrysler were to my family ! Would I recommend them ? 11 / 10 ! More

Andre Clarke, the sales manager, was easy to deal with and gave us a fair trade for the truck that we brought in. It was a relaxed situation that was a welcomed difference from other dealerships that we had been to. The only negative was that when we went to pick up the truck, the mats that we agreed upon were missing. But, when we returned the next day, Andre made it right by giving us quality RAM mats! I have told many people about our experience buying our truck and how impressed we were with the service we received. More

Great friendly staff Eastern was the first dealer on my list to visit. I had no plans on buying until I looked at the other two dealers I had on my list, but because Julia Eastern was the first dealer on my list to visit. I had no plans on buying until I looked at the other two dealers I had on my list, but because Julia and Andre were extremely nice, friendly eager to please, I felt no need to go elsewhere. The only negative experience I had was a few days after my purchase, I went to the parts counter to inquire about buying wheels and tires. The man at the desk said he couldn't help me and the guy that could was on lunch. He took my information and said he would get back to me when he returned. Another man sitting at a desk well behind the counter then tried to help out by showing me some rims and found a set I liked. He told me that the other guy needed to price them out, so he said he would be in touch. Nobody has called or emailed me as of yet, and to my understanding, the wheels and tires would have run about $2000 to $3000. I'm the type that doesn't shop around when I find something I like. I would've purchased them right there and then, if it weren't for having to wait for someone else. Seeing as though this person didn't take the time to contact me about the potential purchase, I think I'll have to look elsewhere and hopefully find the same wheels. More
