Caravan upgrade Had 2012 Grand Caravan CVP. Sarah had called the day telling me take in options. I wanted to upgrade to a Caravn with more options. Well we got one wi Had 2012 Grand Caravan CVP. Good trade in value for our old van. I had told my self there was no way we were signing anything today. But with minimal increase in payments for a van with all the accesories, it was worth it. Sarah was very knowledgable and friendly and made the experience great, with no pressure at all. Sarah found the right van for us , with more options than I knew I wanted. Andre was very helpful on presenting numbers that would fit our budget and made great effort to not over extend our budget. The end of it all - I came away a week later with a vehicle which seems to be good for family at what I believe to be a fair price.
