This was not our first stop in our quest to purchase a car (only because there are other dealerships closer to us). After checking online reviews we decided to give Eastern a call. Julia was knowledgeable, patient, and confident when dealing with us and allowed us to take the time we needed to purchase a vehicle. At no point were we made to feel that they only wanted one sale from us. They seemed eager to allow us to have a good experience and create new customers that will return. Everyone respected our budget and gave us plenty of options to look at that fit nicely within it. They wanted our business but they also respected the fact that this is a significant decision. Jason was a great person to deal with as well. He was very comfortable to speak with and continued the excellent customer service standard started by Julia. He was also ready to help out as soon as Antoney was unable to continue working with us. Once we finally decided to purchase a vehicle we had the pleasure to work with Matt in Finance. It was the very end of everyones work day and he was quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Overall we were very pleased to have purchased our vehicle from Eastern and will definitely be back for future purchase as well as recommending the dealership to everyone within earshot. The highlight of our purchase was after working out all the details and pressing the button to turn on the light. If you purchase from Eastern, you'll know what I'm speaking of.
