A great buying experience! Me and my husband started shopping for our second car online as we don't want to be bothered by the "cliché" of pushy salespeople. After marking our 5 best choices, and chatting with salespeople online, we decided to visit the real people behind who can give us the best deal. We were drawn back to Eastern Chrysler due to the responsiveness and nice welcome from practically everyone. The sales specialist we met and had a couple chat on line was Rod Bell, he is the most bubbly, friendly and enthusiastic sales specialist we've met. We were also assisted by another personnel, Sarah Pilotte, who accompanied us for a test drive. The knowledge of Rod and Sarah about their merchandise gave us more understanding and learned about our new purchased van. At the same token, the "money man" Andre Clarke and finance Barry Olinkin are very helpful and did no pressure talking at all. The overall buying experience went very smooth. We made the right choice at Eastern Chrysler once again, after all, this is the 3rd time we bought out vehicle from Eastern (Plymouth Voyageur, Chrysler 300 and Grand Caravan Crew respectively) Thank you Rod, Sarah, Andre and Barry for making us change the "old Cliche" about salespeople in general.
