What service? There are no words to describe how very disappointed I am with your service department. It all started when I bought my truck last year. I was told that my truck had a CD changer install somewhere in the cockpit but I guess there is none. The truck is great, it's performing well, but that's not why I'm writing this review. I could have bought a different brand of truck but we chose Dodge instead because of the good performance in terms company recalls. I was wrong to think that. So far, there have been four on my truck (P37, R23, R36) and two if which are a re-occurring issue P37 - Rear shock absorber which I do not understand why you are replacing it again (I would think that last year was just a check up, you are the expert not me). I am always on time when it comes to arriving at your shop, and I'm 99% booked an appointment so I do not waste my time staying at your shop but you guys always keeps me there more than what you have promise me and the funny thing is you don't even bother telling that it will take a little more time for the service to be completed. I'm always the one whose initiating the follow-up with your advisor. Last October 3rd was the longest I've been in a shop as it took you up to 2 o'clock and I had to call a friend for a favor to drive me to an important meeting I had because you don't have a shuttle that day. And yesterday for me was the last straw when I made an appointment for a recall that did not happen because the parts were missing in your shop and your advisor did not have any clue what happened with it. And what's frustrating is that I have to sit there for at least an hour and twenty minutes before the advisor came to me and said: "do you want to hear the good news or the bad news?" It's not even exciting and funny when he told me the bad news. I thought the bad news will be that there's another recall and it will take another an hour to do the service. Instead the parts were missing. With all the hi-tech in the world and yet you cannot find the parts for my truck. hmmm... And what does he mean by "good news?" If he meant by "good news"!, I ordered the parts for your truck", then you should not say good news at all to anyone. We lived in a world were manufacturing defects will happen at some point and you, as a Customer, have to be ready but the manufacturers should be ready to give something in return to the Customer because we are taking the time, our own time to missed work that eats up our vacation hours which most of us do not have. We rather spend our vacation somewhere that you feel relax and not stressful as these experience. A little comforting and assurance would be nice. Having said all of this, it's Tuesday, November 3rd and I have not heard from your advisor that the parts were ordered. Thank you. More

I feel like I got SUCKERED! I found the exact vehicle I wanted on autotrader. ROD said it was there. I drove for 1 1/2 hours with a cheque to get it. I had an appointment! I even talked directly to him about 1/2 hour before I got there! Once I got there, I was told some one had JUST PURCHASED IT!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!
