Ive had something as simple as tighten bolt on rear wiper, and it was followed by a fully professional "assessment and work preformed" paper(which in my case was a no charge with my warranty). Ive dealt with enough corner shops, I much prefer to pay the price expected from a professional shop, and get the work expected from a professional shop. not sure of the service team, but had to select someone, Howenn was my sales guy, and he is easy to communicate with.(had to check someone) More

Andrew was very nice and I would definitely give Andrew 5 stars. Giving them 4 stars because the dealership was initially charging me much than the car was listed for in the ad. When I communicated it with the managers, they negotiated for an hour and came down to the price for what the car was ACTUALLY listed for. My financial manager was Ian who was really knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would suggest being careful about the price as it looks less when the managers show you the bi-weekly payments but they are actually charging you more! More

Still hitting my credit months later Checked out a truck last year. Deal fell through. No big deal happens to a lot of people. Then 3 months after i get a notification from my borrowell and creditkarma apps telling me they're still pinging my credit for some reason. I assume to phone me up randomly one day and tell me i've been pre approved. But it was without my consent. pretty shady and disastrous for someone's credit to keep pinging it like that. I phoned the management. All he said was "prove it". I'd bought a truck back in 2013 there. Never again. I was 30 years old at the time and purchased 2 trucks there and could have been a life long customer. More
