Took a long time and no bonuses I was there for over 5 hours, I never got the deal I hoped for on the vehicle with the options I wanted, so I feel I settled. I was hoping at the very least I would get a remote starter or some oil changes for free. A friend of mine bought the same vehicle at a different Chrysler Dealership and he got both! Oil changes for life. They told my friend that he would get $200 cash if he refers someone to them and the buy a vehicle, I bought a new vehicle under his reference and they only gave him a $100 service certificate. More

bad customer service Jamie the service advisor was rude and unapologetic regarding my service appt that took 3 hours. He then tried to over charge me by $100. I had an appt for 930, which I arrived early too, and ending up leaving the place at 1215. There were advertised specials all over the service center about the price of the specific service I received. He then presented me with an invoice for twice the amount. He corrected it once I pointed it out to him, but the point is I shouldnt have had to. The dealership is very persistent regarding their reminders to have you come back for service, but once you get there they make you feel like you are bothering them rather than treating you like a valued returning customer. I drive past two Dodge dealers to get my service done at Eastern, but they have lost me as a customer after today. More

She paid attention to what I described as a perfect vehicle for me and luckily, one just like what I was looking for got trade in that weekend and Sarah was kind enough to "save" it for me until Monday. So Monday I came in, test drove it and as expected we finished all the paperwork in "no time". Awesome experience with this young lady! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new, or pre-owned vehicle! The Finance Manager, Rodney, was also very kind and did everything within a good time manner and kept the numbers within my budget! Over all a Great experience! More
