There were many bumps and issues throughout the entire process that left me very upset, however Michael Ens was fantastic. 6 months later I had an issue with an aftermarket stereo they had installed. After calling every day to speak to anybody for help I finally emailed Michael and he immediately phoned me, took down some quick notes and had the situation dealt with in less than 5 minutes. In no uncertain terms Michael saved this entire experience for me. I won't mention anyone else because I'm not interested in throwing anyone under the bus, but had he not been there I would be giving 1 star. he deserves 5. Thanks Mike. More
