I was impressed from the moment I walked into the building. We were able to walk through the showroom without being bombarded by salespeople looking to cap off a Saturday with an extra sale. We approach a gentleman, who let us know that he was tied up at the moment with another customer, but would find someone to help us out. He sent Andre Clarke from the Management team over, he introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes before finding a salesperson for us. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Lorenzo Singh. I cannot say enough good things about Lorenzo! From the moment I met him he was so kind and caring, he gave me all the information I needed. He pulled the car right up to the door for me and my son to take a look at and didn't have any issue giving me a bit of time to chat with my family (buying your sons first car is a big deal, and a big commitment!). I knew I was getting a fair deal for the vehicle and both me and muly son wanted and were thrilled to buy his first car that day. Before going to Eastern , I had been to other dealerships and was stressed out and annoyed by the "games" and sales tactics that many salespeople use. Lorenzo gave me the answers to all my questions and Andre explained everything from the price of the vehicle, all fees and showed me what the price would be with various options. I met with Dorothy to complete some paperwork. Again, she explained everything I would need to know, provided information on some available options and was very kind. If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, go to Eastern Chrysler and ask for Lorenzo. He made this whole experience so relaxing and easy. There were many bumps and issues throughout the entire process that left me very upset, however Michael Ens was fantastic. 6 months later I had an issue with an aftermarket stereo they had installed. After calling every day to speak to anybody for help I finally emailed Michael and he immediately phoned me, took down some quick notes and had the situation dealt with in less than 5 minutes. In no uncertain terms Michael saved this entire experience for me. I won't mention anyone else because I'm not interested in throwing anyone under the bus, but had he not been there I would be giving 1 star. he deserves 5. Thanks Mike. More
