What a Positive experience I have been looking for a used Toyota Tundra for a while. I have been looking on the old standard (Kijiji) as I was going to purchase a used one. I sa I have been looking for a used Toyota Tundra for a while. I have been looking on the old standard (Kijiji) as I was going to purchase a used one. I saw a add on Kijiji for a used one at Eastern sales and was reluctant because I did not want another car dealership experience in my lifetime. I had a very bad experience at another dealership when I purchased my Jeep. It involved a yelling much on the showroom floor and if it wasn't for knowing the owner the deal would have been done and I would have never set foot in that dealership again. Anyhow, we decided to go have a look at the Tundra. We drove down and drove up to Eastern sales. We were greeted at once with a friendly hello and no sales pitches. Just a look around, what are you looking for kind of talk. I told Harrison what we saw on kijiji that we were not looking to buy today but I have never driven a Tundra but I really like the styling of them. Again no sales pitches he said let me get the keys and move some vehicles and lets see if you like them. We briefly discussed what I would like to do, maybe trade my Jeep in, maybe not as I did not know how I would deal on the Tundra. Harrison left while I filled out a survey and came back with Andre Clarke and introduced me to him. It was expressed that they were really interested in my Jeep. Andre and Harrison took the Jeep for a test drive and they came back. The Jeep was in pretty much mint shape. Andre asked if I was interested in hearing about the value of the jeep and what they could do with the Tundra. They came back with a Trade in Value and discounted the Price on the Tundra and basically made a deal I could not refuse. Since I had no intention of doing the deal that day I needed to step back, I told Harrison and Andre this and they said no problem so I decided to go for a coffee and mull this about. Now this is usually where all the friction/pressure comes in at a dealership. Andre said no problem at all we want to make sure your doing the right thing for you. Here is a few dollars go for a coffee and let us know. Either way it was great to meet you and I hope we can do business with you. Needless to say I went for a coffee ended up bringing back a coffee for Andre and did the deal with them. Not only that they addressed my concern over tires that I thought were close to having be replaced. Finance was awesome I received a rate better than my bank, everything was so easy and fully demonstrated and explained. Rodney was so personable and patient. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS AND RESTORED MY FAITH IN DEALING WITH CAR SALES PEOPLE. Not once was I pressured or pushed Thank you Harrison and Andre. More

Great Customer Service Dealt with Julia in Sales. They didn't have the Rebel I wanted, but Julia and Antony scoured their network looking for one. I finally factory-ordered. It took a while (as expected) but I got what I wanted. The tonneau cover that I had ordered with the truck was not what I had expected, but Julia went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, and we did an exchange. I was disappointed that I was charged a restocking fee, but it wasn't horrendous. Barry in Finance was a great help as well. He was informative and there was no pressure to buy any extras such as undercoating, etc. I'd have to say that this was the best new car buying experience I've had. More

Brian was great I bought my 2010 dodge caravan from Brian, he knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. He made sure the vehicle was clean and full of gas I bought my 2010 dodge caravan from Brian, he knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. He made sure the vehicle was clean and full of gas when I picked it up. My experience with Brian was great. Although when I signed my financing papers with Barry they charged me an extra $750 on top of the purchase price which I didn't notice until I got home. I did call them and the fixed the problem immediately. This does make me wonder how many people have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and not noticed this extra money they add on top. More
