Waste of time Brought in my vehicle to repair a recall issue. The next day the car wouldn't start. Gave her a boost and was good to go. Two days later the issue occurs agaim, this time 45 minutes after I get home from work. Since this could have stranded my children and myself in the cold weather I felt this was something the dealership should look at. When I took it in they told me I would have to make an appointment a week out. I made them take the car in to do a battery test immediately. They told me I don't drive my car enough and I should take a drive out of town to charge the battery. Since I commute a couple hours a day I didn't feel they were right. But they continued to tell me my "short drives" were draining my battery. Another few days later I had received a call saying my power steering hose was in... No one told there was an issue with my power steering, I asked who and why they ordered this part. They didn't know and refused to look into it. I left messages to be contacted back to find out if there is an issue and have not heard from anyone in 2 days. Terrible service. More
