Couldn't have asked for more!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with our most recent purchase from the team at Eastern. This is the 4th vehicle (2nd New Vehicle) that my wife and I have purchased from Eastern. Andrew was an excellent sales person and listened to every detail we had in a vehicle and worked with us through multiple test drives until we found the vehicle that was an exact match for what we needed. I came in wanting a new Ram Truck but ended up with a far superior SUV (Jeep Cherokee) that met our needs for comfort, pricing and quality. Thanks also to Jason Mclean and Rodney Francisco for working with us on the add ons and financing that met our budget. Can't say that I'll ever buy another vehicle from anyone else. More

She was a huge help with our kids colouring with them and caring for them while my wife and I took some time to test drive our vehicle and have a few moments to talk in private about our decision. The atmosphere in this dealership is fantastic. They have music pumping through the speakers and all the employees took a moment to dance with our kids. Everyone we dealt with, and even those who passed us by were always positive and very polite. Even Jim took some time to share some stories about his family and even played peek a boo with our youngest daughter. A very warm and welcoming company! More

The whole experience was something I'll always remember. Living about 4 hours away from Winnipeg most of the sale happened through text, email, and phone. Julia was always very quick at responding to my questions and getting the info I needed. She treated me like one of her closest friends and had my best interests in mind through-out the entire sale process. Jason also did a good job, he was alittle more pushy than Julia but not overly. We had afew misunderstandings but we worked through them. Jason also did a great job with dealing with me through phone calls to present the deal and answer all the questions he could. Although I didn't always get the same treatment that in dealership customers would get, Jason still got back to me in a decent time. Jason (and Julia) was very welcoming when I was finally able to make it to the dealership and buy my new Jeep. Out of my entire experience I would say my most disappointing would be with financing. However it wasn't awful, I did feel pressured into the extended warranty and felt like other aspects of the appointment didn't get enough explanation. Overall though, I was pleased with all the work Barry did to get the financial part of the deal completed and work payment schedules around my pay days which I didn't think he would be able to do. Afew days after I had the jeep home, Julia reached out again to make sure everything was going well, let me know I could contact her anytime with questions or concerns and make sure I was enjoying my new Jeep. More

We never wasted time looking through options and things we didn't want, Bryan had picked out a vehicle that had everything we would have wanted in a new vehicle and had it ready to show us. In fact the one vehicle he showed us was the colour and options we wanted. No need to look at any other options.
