From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a king. My salesperson Mike was kind, patient, very knowledgeable, very thorough, honest and forthcoming. I never felt like I had to second guess anything he said. That goes with the rest of the team as well. My truck is exactly as discussed. I want to thank Andre for making me feel like a rock star (Peter thanks you as well :) ) and a special thank you to Matt for dealing with my special requests/options and for all your effort finding the vehicle. I thank you all for being so genuine and helpful and for making my experience of leasing my very first truck so positive and memorable. Lastly, from someone who has been a marketing exec for several years, I want to share possibly my favourite moment; As soon as the vehicle arrived, prior to some add-ons being executed, Mike invited me down to the dealership to have a first glimpse. While first inspecting the truck outside, I could hear the cheers from Matt and Andre from inside the dealership. SO much fun! Then Mike asked if I wanted to take my new wheels for a test drive. (he joined us) There was nothing in it for him, the sale had already been made, he could have simply called me when the vehicle was ready enabling him to focus on his next sale, but no... Mike wanted to heighten the joy associated with owning a new vehicle. Now that my friends is value added customer service...the outer ring of service. Great Experience!! I contacted Sarah from Eastern and explained to her that I wanted to trade in, she right away sent me options for what I may want to get. Went in at Easter test drove the trailhawk, I loved it and they took care of everything, very good customer service, very cooperative, treated me very well. I was very happy leaving this dealership, I would reccommend Eastern to anybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

great buying experience Bought a 2016 ram crew cab from these guys on March 22. Got a great deal in financial aspect. But that's not why I went there. The service is awesome. Treated me like a family. Originally I wanted a used truck, their used car guy advised me that what I could be paying for new is actually cheaper (I have company discount from where I work). One of the few honest people who work in sales that I ever met through my experiences at different places. He layer it all out on the paper for me. Not alot of places do that. Sorry I never got his name. Their new car manager, Jay, new exactly what they had and where it was. Which was awesome. Didn't have to hang around waiting for someone to look it up or something. Barry, financial person, was very easy to deal with. Not pushy at all. He just showed me what they had available for warranty and left it up to me to buy it or not. The whole thing was very easy and pleasant. If not for the price but for actual service I ended up buying my second brand new vehicle from them. Definitely will come back again when I'm ready to renew More
