Many dealerships promote a pressure filled selling model where the salespersons are in your face, or if they sense you're not immediately buying, just kind of brush you off. In comparison, Eastern took the time to determine my needs, and recommend a vehicle that would best fit what I was looking for, while at the same time not pressuring me at all, which I greatly appreciate.
