a merry go round of bull. I had a blast on the test drive,and I agree to trade in my car for zero down. They appraise my car for $16,000. I'm happy with that ,we come up with a payment of $335. Big weekly.I'm OK with that. They sound the horns everyone shakes my hand.the shop closes,I wait for the finance to go through on Saturday,I get no calls, so I call in two hours before they close, they need till Monday to work things out. I ask what my trade in is on paper,she tells me $15,000. I tell her that's wrong and that's not the deal I had with Tim.now Sunday they are closed, but I drive by and see my blue renegade parked out back with a sold sign on the window,I'm thinking its mine and Monday I will get the call. So Monday comes I call Tim he has no idea what's going on but he says they sold three renegades on Saturday, but they only had two and the red one is still parked in front with no sold sticker. So basically I just give up my interest. I do not get any calls until Wednesday .another salesman calls me up on my cell, and tells I need to come in to get my new car and they are waving the extra cost.I ask if my payment is the same at $335.00 he says they have leather seats and the cost is up to $370.00 big weekly. I ask leather seats on the renegade,?. He says no on the caravan.I tell him that's not the car I was trying to buy. He says he will check back on it and call me back right away.that never happened. Its like a game these guys are trying to play the money I was short on securing the jeep renegade they just added to my payments and thought I would just Willy nilly jump into a dodge caravan instead like it did not matter.the owner of this dealership should really get involved and put this stupid practise to a end.how. could they have sold my blue renegade from under me when I spoke to the credit manager just two hours before closing on Saturday. And Tim says they sold three of them,when they onlyhave two on stock,and how can you sell a car that is numbered on my contract to buy until that contract is completely dissolved.and I tought I still had Monday for approval pending. I will not recommend visiting this crooked shop.because you will not get the truth and just a run around.hum you have been here working for over a year and not one positive comment to your name says a lot to the dealership. More

I spent months shopping around for my first truck and found myself at Eastern Chrysler and have never looked back. Every time I stepped foot in there I was treated with respect, and they did not try to waste my time up-selling me or pushing a vehicle on me I did not want or out of my price range. I am currently moving to Ontario for work but will still bring my business to this dealership and these guys no questions asked. Bryan Grocholski was the sales rep I dealt with for all my visits and each time I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about any vehicle I asked him about, furthermore his approach and the way he worked with me made it feel like I was buying a truck from a close friend. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Matt when he was working in Finance and got to deal with him as he moved up the ranks to Management which suits him well as he has experience on the floor to guide his decision making at the higher levels. And I can't forget about Andre, every time I was in there he had a smile on his face, very welcoming and accommodating, he also worked with me on my last trade in when I upgraded to my 2015 Ram Sport. I can't in good conscious leave out Stan in Finance who worked hard for me on my last visit in the dealership to make a truck upgrade move along and find the best rate with banks for me. This is a very switched group of people working here and wouldn't bring my hard earned money anywhere else. More
Worse Service! 😡They r only nice when u r trying to buy!😡 I brought my 2015 jeep for a recall , they told me it was gonna take a few hrs .I brought it first thing in the morning! Its almost 4pm my jeep its not ready, I need to go pick up my wife at work, now i have to find a ride!!!😡 They didnt even bother to call me and let me know that my jeep was not ready! They Are only nice when you are trying to buy a new vehicle, its the third time i Brought my jeep for service! And its always the same thing its sucks! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!😡😤 More

There was an honest incident, two of the sales guys sold the same vehicle to two clients almost at the same time and they did their little short lived "sold vehicle" ceremony for both clients one after another. In few minutes, they figured it out quickly and they awarded the vehicle to the first client and the later was us and they felt really sorry about it and promised us that they will get us the same vehicle with the same or more options for the same price, after a couple days, the deal with the first client didn't go through and we end up getting the same vehicle and we are very happy with the vehicle. I believe also that this gave all the employees a sense of relief to the rear but honest incident. Michael More

They couldn't tell me for sure that I could get the 0% financing even after I was clear that's the only way I would buy and then after I told them what I wanted they stopped calling. I've never seen this before from a sales person. Normally they don't stop calling. Plus for some reason Tim doesn't email because he can't figure it out. Well it's 2016 so if you can't figure out how to email and work online then maybe it's time to retire. I went here because I heard good things but I didn't experience anything but a headache. Shouldn't have to beg someone to sell you a car. Overall the worst customer service I've ever seen! More
