Just cant get it right Theyve replaced my heater core twice . Both times had to take my car back 2 extra times. First because they didnt put my dashboard back on properly. Second because the second time they tried forcing the dash in and broke the clips. They fixed my window as it came off the track. They gave me my car back and didt even pop the window buttons back in properly. Lastly I went to get my AC fixed and they told me i needed to replace my whole evaporator. Upon telling them to put my car back together ill get the work done elsewhere they said "wait wait wait, well actually if you replace these 2 seals it will work also" so they tried getting me to pay for the most expensive part and not the part that was needed for the fix. Upon fixing that the technician didnt put the AC drain hose back properly and my car started to flood the i terior as it was draining in my car. They also do work that you tell them not to do and then charge you for it even though you request they dont do it. 3 years ago I wouldve recommended this dealership.. not anymore. Unless you want to take your car in twice for each issue you have so they can partially fix it, Then fix it properly the second time. More

Horrible Experiences I bought my car from them in 2014 and I loved it they were awesome but since they their service has been anything but. My car was recently written off I bought my car from them in 2014 and I loved it they were awesome but since they their service has been anything but. My car was recently written off and I had bought GAP insurance from them, well since they purchased the insurance from and outside company and I bought it from them, they have to do all the paper work. For the past two weeks I've been calling and emailing Eastern just to find out what they need from me and if they have started the process so that I can begin looking for a new vehicle. In the past two weeks I have only gotten two email responses, neither of which were helpful and not once have I been able to talk to an actual person when I call, I am always transfer to a voicemail and NO ONE has called me back. This is absolutely ridiculous I don't know how they are rated so highly, I will never buy another vehicle from them again or ever take mine in to get serviced. More

Horrible service buying a vehicle from eastern was easy but once you have any type of issue with it they are awful to deal with. First of all, their service centre wil buying a vehicle from eastern was easy but once you have any type of issue with it they are awful to deal with. First of all, their service centre will harass you about getting services done that aren't needed or you've already done but they don't keep their records updated. If your vehicle gets written off good luck getting the insurance you bought from them sorted out. Dorthy is an AWFUL finance manager. She doesn't get back to you in a timely manner or at all. Half their staff doesn't even know what the insurance covers and sells it as new car insurance when that isn't truly what it is. I would NEVER recommend buying anything from eastern Chrysler. They'll make buying a vehicle great for you but once they've got your money they don't care about you one bit. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
