I went in looking for something specific and came to realising that what I wanted was not in my price range and may not be the best suited for my life, they then showed me something they thought would fit. Which happened to be the 2015 Jeep Cherokee North. I've loved the make ever since I had seen one, just never thought about purchasing one myself. Gina had it ready for me when I arrived ( second visit to the dealership), first thought.. I dislike coloured vehicles, I like black.. I like white.. that's about it. This Jeep was a Deep Blue. Everything else, I loved .. The interior.. the way it drove.. the options it came with .. the fact it was not my Ford.. the colour was my only issue. I had a specific price that I wanted to stay in per month. They made that happen with this vehicle.. the colour then wasn't the WORST thing anymore.. I'm now a proud owner of a BLUE Jeep Cherokee... I couldn't be happier with how they treated me throughout the whole process ! Especially Gina ! ( after what ? 3-4 visits in one week) -- Thanks to everyone at Eastern Chrysler.. Just cant get it right Theyve replaced my heater core twice . Both times had to take my car back 2 extra times. First because they didnt put my dashboard back on properly. S Theyve replaced my heater core twice . Both times had to take my car back 2 extra times. First because they didnt put my dashboard back on properly. Second because the second time they tried forcing the dash in and broke the clips. They fixed my window as it came off the track. They gave me my car back and didt even pop the window buttons back in properly. Lastly I went to get my AC fixed and they told me i needed to replace my whole evaporator. Upon telling them to put my car back together ill get the work done elsewhere they said "wait wait wait, well actually if you replace these 2 seals it will work also" so they tried getting me to pay for the most expensive part and not the part that was needed for the fix. Upon fixing that the technician didnt put the AC drain hose back properly and my car started to flood the i terior as it was draining in my car. They also do work that you tell them not to do and then charge you for it even though you request they dont do it. 3 years ago I wouldve recommended this dealership.. not anymore. Unless you want to take your car in twice for each issue you have so they can partially fix it, Then fix it properly the second time. More
