Markus was great, most of our initial chatting was during the test drive. I went in more of less knowing what I was looking for but just needed to drive it to make sure. Andre was great working with me to get the price to where I needed it to be within my budget. There was a little mix up when I went to pick up my Jeep. Markus did not know I was coming in and was out on training. Dorothy did her thing to try and help me out. Markus called the next day to make sure everything was good and straightened everything out. This adventure ended as a great experience and I ended up getting a new to me but gently used Jeep Compass. Thanks to all that stopped to chat will we waited and offered help or assistance. Makes it happen!! This was our 3rd truck purchase from Eastern! Markus was my saleperson who was patient and detailed. He took the time to source the right vehicle and even compare the options narrowing down the best choice we liked. Andre and Matt made the deal happen knowing price, service and return customers are the success in the tough Winnipeg market. We explored other dealers to compare, but they we're again prepared to be the best town and around. No golf putting, spinning prize wheels, vaults of cash or other gimmicks or trips to Vegas, but we know we can count on them again in future. Also, they gave us a fair price for our trade (2013 Ram) versus what others offered. All in all, how could we say no! More

The purchase experience went well and I thought I had gotten a fairly good deal on the purchase of a 2015 Ram Eco Diesel. There was however some type of mix up when I came to pick up the truck on Monday as they were not expecting me and the truck was not ready. (Dorothy however let me take it home). Dorothy did work very hard at getting me the best possibly interest rate and we are greatfull for that. I guess the mix up came when various other options were being explained to me and I did not realize that the extended warranty was going to cost me approximately $3000.00.(Somehow I thought the bank was covering this cost). I guess it was my fault that I did not review the final cost to me before signing the papers. When I did look at the papers when I got home, I thought for sure that there was some type of error and that my down payment must of gotten missed. To add further, I did not receive any papers which explain the extended warranty, and the truck does not possess a owners manual . And would I recommend your dealership. The buying experience was pleasant, but don't sign anything until the final cost was what you were expecting. More

Problem free! I bought my Cherokee last Aug 2016. When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed by everyone in sight. My purpose on the day I bought the car was ju I bought my Cherokee last Aug 2016. When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed by everyone in sight. My purpose on the day I bought the car was just to check out the Renegade and have it compared with other SUVs. I spotted a white Cherokee that had everything I wanted and needed. Rod Bell was my Product Advisor who answered all the questions I threw and he gave me useful information regarding the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable about their SUVs as he was able to tell me the differences of the trim levels. After test driving, I did not feel pressure in signing a contract or even putting a deposit for the car. He gave me time to think on my own and just followed up after a day or two. It was about three days after when I decided that the Jeep Cherokee would really make me happy. When I came back, they presented me with the payment options. It was nice that it fit my budget and that I was able to negotiate a couple more accessories that I wanted. The managers worked together to give me their best prices to close the deal. Dorothy Cadorath helped me get the best financing option available like she did with our other vehicles purchased from Eastern Chrysler. Its been more than a month now, and I still receive emails about my Cherokee experience. Great job Eastern Chrysler! Overall, it was a terrific experience. More
