Amazing customer service ! Tim and Andre greeted me upon entrance. Shook my hand and asked me to sit down. I told them what I was looking for and proceeded to ask more questions Tim and Andre greeted me upon entrance. Shook my hand and asked me to sit down. I told them what I was looking for and proceeded to ask more questions to make sure they showed me the right vehicle . Less then 10 minutes they said the had the perfect vehicle for me. They were right. They showed me a 2016 Jeep Cherokee North. Everything I wanted in a new jeep. I felt they listened, never talked down to me or treated me like I wasn't knowledgeable. We test drove 2 vehicles and I fell in love with the one they first said was perfect for me. We settled on the price for the new jeep and trade value of my old jeep. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was spotless and had a safety done. I came back the following Monday to finish the financials with Dorothy. She explained everything and made that part of purchasing a car very easy. Tim took the time to go over the whole vehicle again before I left. He sent me a text and email the next day making sure I was still happy with my purchase. I have bought 5 cars over the last 30 years and Eastern Sales was by far my best customer service experience I have ever had. When we visited Eastern Chrysler, we were shown the car we were interested in. It wasn't a Chrysler product but we never were pressured to look at anything else. Gina kept the visit fun, light, and full of humor. Before we knew it, we had bought the car we wanted - no pain or fuss. They even had a celebration for us - never expected that!!!
