My first new vehicle My first contact to the dealership was through their online submission form. I made clear from the start exactly what I was looking for. Marcus Hemmings replied to my request and after a few emails back and forth and a couple of phone calls, I agreed to come down and test drive a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, after it was clear that I might be able to find what I was looking for. I was impressed by the relaxed but professional atmosphere and Markus' approach, as well as the other sales staff my wife and I met. Our visit ended well after closing hours but they insisted that this was absolutely not problem. Long story short - the deal was signed and the next day I drove my trade-in to the dealership and left with a brand new vehicle. My monthly payment amount was only higher than I had initially wanted, because I opted to buy the added warranty. With a new baby on the way I simply didn't want to be bothered with any expenses and chalked to added marginally higher expense up to buying piece of mind. Thanks a bunch, Marcus and the rest of the staff we dealt with. So far - so good! More

My wife and twin 10 month old girls were in a severe accident caused by a intoxicated driver at 10am in the morning. She was driving a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan that was purchased new in July 2016. This van saved my family and my life as I know it. After we left the hospital and everyone was in good condition (wife was sore from the air bags). We did not have the insurance to cover a rental (with a hand shake that the van would be fixed or replaced at there dealer ship.We live 20 min. out of Winnipeg and need a vehicle). These guys bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of with minimal to no cost to us. A new grand caravan was pulled off the lot for us to use while we waited for Autopac to do their thing. THE SALE...... These guys realized what I was paying for the new van that I did not need. All I was there for is to keep my family safe. I was driving a basic 2008 GMC sierra extended cab basic model and also needed a safer truck for my family. These guys got me into a 2016 Ram Sport and the wife into a 2015 Caravan(low KM) for close to the same price we would be paying for another new van. This dealership did not take advantage of the situation. I am a man that likes to be straight forward AND TO THE POINT and does not take xx. Rod and the entire staff looked after us 120%. More

Sold car i want to autotown not me customer So I go in try to buy a car on the lot they couldn't find the keys for it then they say autotown was going to buy but Jim seas they will sell to a cus So I go in try to buy a car on the lot they couldn't find the keys for it then they say autotown was going to buy but Jim seas they will sell to a customer before a dealership so I tell them I will pay in full if they give me a good price for my jeep considering they have been calling me about it that they want me to trade it in because they have a high demand for it so they offer me $15000 where I se them for sale for about $24000 so I was mad but I sead whatever I'll take it so they start trying to get me approved I come back the next day and say if you guys are not going to do anything for me can you at least put floor mats in the car Rod Bell seas I'll be back and comes back 20 min later saying we sold the car witch I find out later they gave it to another dealership called autotown but there still trying to get me approved for it so they made my credit score go down for no reason worst place ever I will never be back Rod was very nice but I don't like how after that even the day before they tried to get me in a new car but I wasn't there for that they just wanted more mines out of me!!! More
