Most Unethical Dealership. Don't buy even free stuff. I bought my Dodge Dart from them. First of all I was cheated straight up by the salesman and finance manager for selling the warranty upfront for $300 I bought my Dodge Dart from them. First of all I was cheated straight up by the salesman and finance manager for selling the warranty upfront for $3000 claiming its a complete bumper to bumper warranty. NO ETHICS -I had problems in couple of months with a tire censor and then Service department told me its not complete bumper to bumper warranty. Plus I have $200 deductible everytime (but dealership told me I don't have deductibles). It was cheap shot for selling in my opinion. LAZY or CON? - So I paid $500 upfront which they refunded after 3 months on my intense reaction. I seriously doubt their intentions on it. LESSON - Don't follow cheezy lines of dealership. NEVER BUY from Dealership. More

The one thing was that there was no available vehicle with the specific combination of features we were looking for. We wanted stow-and-go seats in both the middle and rear seats, and there were no vehicles with that available feature that didn't also have many other unnecessary features (which we couldn't afford). That being said, the van we decided on looks great, runs smoothly, and is definitely spacious enough to fit our needs! We got a fair price, felt listened to and are thoroughly looking forward to enjoying our van for the foreseeable future! Thanks, Eastern Chrysler! More
