I found the perfect car! Last year I rented a Chrysler 200 and I fell in love with the vehicle. I recently started my car buying experience by visiting another Chrysler deale Last year I rented a Chrysler 200 and I fell in love with the vehicle. I recently started my car buying experience by visiting another Chrysler dealership in Winnipeg. I quickly discovered that most of the upper trim levels on the 2015 and 2016 Chrysler 200’s are equipped with a sunroof. Unfortunately with my height, a sunroof is not an option for me, so I started to visit multiple dealerships fully expecting to settle on options and trim level so I can get a 200 without a sunroof. I walked into Eastern Chrysler and immediately met John when I walked in the door. He is a friendly individual and is very eager to provide good customer service. I told him my story and he took me into the back to show me a 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited. When we walked up to the car, I immediately noticed that it was the exact colour that I was looking for. Then I found out that it had a V6, 4,800 kilometers and it was fully loaded...without the sunroof. I immediately knew it was going to be my car. The price was right and it had all the options that I wanted. I am so happy that I did not have to settle while buying a vehicle. John answered all of my questions and is very quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend Eastern Chrysler and talking to John if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. The best part of all, John is one of the newer employees at Eastern and it didn’t feel like I was talking to a car salesman...I did not receive any of the salesman “catch phrases.” Buying a vehicle from John was a very pleasurable and no-pressure experience. Doubtful service and can not be trusted at all I brought my dodge caravan for peace of mind inspection and had my tires inspected too and had my brakes cleaned. One week after, i noticed a serious worn out on my rear right tire while inflating my tire that became low that time. If they truthfully check my tire and clean my brakes, how come they did not notice it. I brought it back to them and was just told that it is impossible that they missed the thing. I talked even to their manager and all i can here was all in defense of their technicians. It seemss that i was the one lying. Keep up the good work of xxxxxxx out people's money for a very lousy job. How can you trust your life and your family's life to them with their PEACE OF MIND INSPECTION, if this how they do things.
