Dylan was very professional in the way he provided prompt, reassuring response, even providing me with a loaner for the weekend. This arises from a purchase of a 2016 Dodge Caravan. At the time of purchase and trade of my 2010 Dodge Caravan. I had requested that the trailering package , hitch be transfered over from the old van to the new one. The hitch was added but NO wiring or transmission cooler installed. I am still waiting for a response , I have been shuffled off and ignored by staff. They say that vehicle was purchased a year ago . Why didn't I notify sooner. As I haul a boat, which has been at the cabin/lake for a few years , not necessary to haul boat out every weekend. This year was different. As grandson turned 12 was going to take him camping and fishing up north. If I receive no response , only alternative is to come and picket the DEALERSHIP. More
