He took the time to answer all our questions and didn't rush us at all. This dealership takes pride in their customer service and it shows! It was actually a fun experience!! We even flipped a coin to save more money and won! Ian in the finance dept was fantastic as well! They also took the time to follow up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy-which we were! Taking The Time To Buy A Vehicle In the past I have had a number of negative experiences at some automobile dealerships here in Winnipeg - however, the experience I had at Eastern whi In the past I have had a number of negative experiences at some automobile dealerships here in Winnipeg - however, the experience I had at Eastern while purchasing this vehicle was at the very opposite end of the scale. I had been in the market and looking for a new vehicle for the past three months. I saw the vehicle I was looking for on Eastern's website and followed up with visit to the dealership to actually view the vehicle. It was at this point that I first met Paul Peredes, as the sales rep assigned to show me this vehicle. After viewing the vehicle I made an offer, but could not work out the finalization of the details at this time. I left that day with feeling that all those that had been involved had given their best efforts to help me take possession of the vehicle, A few weeks later, Paul contacted me again to see if I still had an interest in the vehicle - I replied yes and again made an offer on the vehicle. At this time I was dealing with Andre Clarke and again after some discussion could not work out the finalization of the details for purchasing the vehicle at this time. After another couple of weeks later, Paul once again contacted me to see if I still was still interested in purchasing this vehicle - I again replied that I was still interested and told him what I was offering to pay for the vehicle. Paul went to see his manager and after some further discussion we came to an agreement that was acceptable for us all. The time that I spent dealing with Eastern in viewing this vehicle was not a short period of time. At no time during the purchasing process did I feel pressured from them to purchase the vehicle right then and now. The patience that Paul displayed during the whole process was exceptional and always left me felling well, even when we could not make a deal. The professionalism displayed towards us by Andre and Debra Sutton when we finally purchased the vehicle was top notch and made my wife and I feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall in all my years in purchasing vehicles this was one of the best experiences I have ever had, Paul was exceptional to deal with through the entire process and a real shout out to Michael Pinnette who also helped us with the test drive when Paul was unavailable - Thanks again to all those who were part of the process. Not only is Paul very efficient, but he knows how to listen to his customer's needs. Debbie Sutton is a wonderful woman, was able to help me get through the financing papers. With her great sense of humour and interpersonal skills, she was able to explain to me clearly what each document was for and was able to explain to me clearly what I needed to know for my finances. I went there to see a wrangler but when I said NO to the credit check consent he had visibly upset which made en uncomfortable, He then asked me that how will I rate my credit which I said very good and he made fun of it and asked me what did I do for a living like testing me and whether I could afford or not a car. That just made me want to leave which made him ever more mad because then I declined to test drive. Again I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave, he turned off his computer and at that point the manager came in and I just left. More
