It did not take long for me to choose what vehicle I wanted, all I needed to do was give Paul what I wanted and needed (in all aspects, such as: color, interior, accessories, etc) and it may only have been after five minutes of searching after two cars I've looked at, the third car, I fell in love with. Not only is Paul very efficient, but he knows how to listen to his customer's needs. Debbie Sutton is a wonderful woman, was able to help me get through the financing papers. With her great sense of humour and interpersonal skills, she was able to explain to me clearly what each document was for and was able to explain to me clearly what I needed to know for my finances. Eastern definitely knows how to choose their employees from the sales to finance, they get things done quickly amd efficiently. And most importantly, knows how to give what their customer's want. Would definitely refer the dealership to future car buyers. More

I went there to see a wrangler but when I said NO to the credit check consent he had visibly upset which made en uncomfortable, He then asked me that how will I rate my credit which I said very good and he made fun of it and asked me what did I do for a living like testing me and whether I could afford or not a car. That just made me want to leave which made him ever more mad because then I declined to test drive. Again I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave, he turned off his computer and at that point the manager came in and I just left. More

Brakes were done on Friday however I had to return the van on Saturday as i was not comfortable with how it felt. Dylan was very professional in the way he provided prompt, reassuring response, even providing me with a loaner for the weekend. Don, the shop foreman, i was told oversaw the correction of the brake issue. Now I'm comfortable with my brakes' performance. Thank you guy, really appreciate your professionalism! More
