Amazing customer service! I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for me, my surprise was that it was a brand new Cherokee, they bought my old car in a very competent amount, he made everything to make me feel confortable and gave me the new car on the exact amount I told him that I could pay. It's a vehicle that I didn't want to part with but due to my changing lifestyle, I had to make the difficult decision. We were introduced to Tim shortly after our arrival. I came in with specific needs and he did everything he could to ensure that all those needs were met. While I intended to walk out of there with an older used vehicle, he explained clearly to me what would and wouldn't work, and I ended up getting a newer used Hyundai Elantra which was practically new and had everything I wanted and more, for the value I had in mind when I came in. The vehicle dealership you should go to. So many times you go to a place and they will do it all for you but once they have your money, they ignore you. RAM times 2 I walked in to Eastern to find out what the incentives were on the Rams with no intention of buying a truck. but then I meet Jason and he suggested I walked in to Eastern to find out what the incentives were on the Rams with no intention of buying a truck. but then I meet Jason and he suggested I build a truck on paper as the one I was interested in wasn't available at the time. we built it with Anthony's help and ordered a truck but 24 hours later I went to make a change on the truck. because it was already sent they couldn't make any changes. Anthony tried for a week and a half to make the changes but it couldn't be done once it was sent to the plant, so rather than have a disappointed customer Anthony said we'll reorder. so we reordered the same truck but slightly different. now that's customer service !!! The new truck came in with the changes and both my wife and I couldn't be happier! I very much enjoyed working with Jason and Anthony. More
