Ivanka emailed me right away with some details on one of the vans they have in stock, and set us up with Gina to come down and take a look in person and see what they could offer us. Gina was great! Super personable, knowledgeable and respectful. She helped us pick out our new van at a price that we could afford. The whole process was very quick, and we went home with our new van the next day! Will never buy from this dealership again I recently purchased a brand new 2019 RAM truck from this dealership, I purchased a 2016 two years ago from them. This time around after what I went t I recently purchased a brand new 2019 RAM truck from this dealership, I purchased a 2016 two years ago from them. This time around after what I went through I will never buy from them again nor will I get the vehicle serviced there just because of the sales person. I was cheated and lied to for about a week and a half after the sale of the vehicle. My 2016 had after market wheels that were confirmed to fit my new truck, in the negotiation of the sale it was agreed they would be removed, it was specified I didn't have the old factory wheels which was fine. The sales person (Gina) for a week said they were working on getting me the wheels, after a week they said they were looking for factory wheels. Couldn't tell me that though. Near the end of the second week I checked their website and saw my old truck with the aftermarket wheels being highlighted. I called asking why the truck was posted when the wheels were not removed. NO ONE CALLED to tell me they were posting it and that now the wheels were to be paid out to me. Then the salesperson calls me and pleads to me that she now has to pay for them because she screwed up on the requirements of the sale. After all the back and forth BS I told them that I don't want to deal with them anymore. She made an offer of half in check and other half of a cash card for the dealership that the dealership would pay out, not her. Which was it her our the dealership paying it out??? I said right now I don't know if you telling the truth or not, I said if you call me after the July long weekend with something to pick up I will get it. if you don't contact me, then it still confirms what I have been dealing with the last two weeks. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL. I guess my convictions on this dealership and this salesperson were completely true. They obviously don't want to make right on what they screwed up More

Kc and I had talked then he introduced me to Ian next thing you know I was approved at their dealership. They had provided me with a few option to look at and finally we found one that absolutely suited me. So I traded in my car and drove off in a beautiful Jeep Cherokee Limited with every feature that I wanted. at this dealership the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The car I was looking into had already been washed, fueled and was ready for me to take it for a test drive. My sales associate Paul Parades was kind enough to take me on a route where I could drive like I normally drive, instead of simply taking me through a standard path through the city. At no point in my time with Paul did I ever feel pressured to make a decision or forced to add on extra things that I did not want. Paul was kind and understanding and was supportive in allowing me to make up my mind on my own. After deciding to purchase the car, the process of going through finance was also quick and straightforward, which allowed me to drive away in my new car that very same day.
