Whenever I step into a dealership, an immediate downturn would be marketing me stuff that I don’t really want. I have been through a lot, and had my share of bad experiences. But this wasn’t the case with Eastern. After research and constant visits, I was able to make the deal with Eastern Chrysler. This dealership made me feel comfortable in my decisions and gave me expert advice too. I was able to speak to Rodney, who I had no trouble communicating with. He gives me expert advice and I don’t feel reserved to express my comments about it. My Cherokee took 4 months to build, and in those times, Rodney has effectively maintained excellent customer service. Even after I picked up my car, the after service was awesome. Bottomline, it’s always the trust that stands out, when making any kind of deal. I salute Rodney for a job well done and to the company as well. More

After researching models and whole sale pricing on line, I narrowed my purchase to a four door, manual 4 wheel drive - either a 4 wheel drive truck or Jeep. I then started speaking with friends and colleagues who recommended not purchasing from a local dealership. I decided to try them anyway for first hand experience and my friends were all correct. I was told basically "take it or leave it"...and one dealership didn't even have the courtesy to call me back for a formal quote. It was then I found Eastern Chrysler and started talking with Rodney. Right from the start he was courteous, responsive and down to earth. We emailed and called back and forth over the next few weeks working out a deal and solution that met both our needs and requirements. I ended up trading in my car and purchasing a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited at a price both Rodney and I were happy with. Rodney arranged to have my Jeep delivered to my door and picked up my trade in. This made the whole transition very smooth and stress free. We were pretty particular when choosing and he had to go to great lengths to hunt down the van we wanted. He responded almost immediately to the numerous emails and questions I sent his way. We've had the van for the last month and it has been perfect. I would recommend Rodney to anyone who is looking for a new car. An excellent salesman. Greg Rosin was the finance manager that took care of our financing. He was polite and very down to earth. I felt very comfortable dotting the 'i's' and crossing the 't's'. He broke everything down and made it very comfortable when signing for such a large purchase. All in all a great experience. I was glad that with the change in ownership there is still accountablity and friendly sales at Eastern Chrysler. More

We knew we wanted a Caravan because we have two small kids and were out growing my Civic. I started calling Dodge dealerships in my area and Eastern Chrysler was the only one who picked up their phone. I kids and were out growing my Civic. I made an appointment to come see Brad the following week to look at vehicles, but made it clear I wanted the payments similar to what I was paying for my Civic or I wasn’t interested. When we arrived the following week we were greeted by Brad. He was a very friendly and genuine good person to deal with. We didn’t get any cheesy sale tactics for ‘’tricks’’. He was very patient with us and our two small children; he started off by asking what we wanted in a vehicle and then quickly found one that suited our needs. While we were working on finding the perfect vehicle for us he was having the manager look over numbers to find a payment plan that worked for us as well. In the end they were able to come up with 3 payment options for us. We chose the one that suited us best and the rest was easy. This wasn’t my first time buying a brand new vehicle but the experience was totally different from any other. They didn’t waste our time, it was quick and the customer service we received from everyone in the showroom was great. We came back the following day to pick up the vehicle which was clean and ready for us. We dealt with finance manager Greg who was so efficient and friendly he made the whole process that much smoother. Everyone remembered our names and came to greet us again when we returned the following day. The whole experience with this dealership was so great I don’t think we would ever go anywhere else. There is no comparison to the last time I purchased a brand new vehicle; we would always choose to come back here. I highly recommend Eastern Chrysler, Brad and everyone else who made this experience painless. More

With respect to shopping for and ulitmate purchase of my new 2014, Dodge Journey, I can tell you that I was very thrilled. All of the professionals that I dealt with were just that, extremely professional in every manner. They were also all very friendly tending to all of my needs and desires regarding the pirchase of the new vehicle purchase. Vehicle pricing was also a very big factor, in my decision. We visited several major dealerships and finally found one who would assist us. We received less than satisfactory service. Even so, when we decided to switch from our car to a minivan, we decided to re-visit that dealership in our search. Again, poor! We visited several other dealerships, nothing. Finally, we went to Eastern...and met Phu! He made us feel welcome with his friendly and courteous disposition. Phu was able to expertly identify not only our needs, but also fulfil those needs. He was beside us throughout the entire trade-in and purchase process. Phu kept in touch with us through regular phone calls right up to the day after possession was taken of the vehicle. He followed up a week later to ensure that we were still satisfied with the purchase and to reassure us that if we had any problems, he was just a phone call away. We were so happy with the service that, of course, we couldn't stop talking about it. As a result, we were able to recommend a friend to Eastern - and Phu - who made our friend happy too! Recently,when we brought our vehicle in for an unscheduled service, Phu went above and beyond his duty to leave work and pick my wife up from our home (I was out of town and the shuttle service was unavailable) and take her back to the dealership to retrieve the van. When purchasing the vehicle, we were explained in detail the costs associated with our purchase with clarity. With the servicing of our vehicle we were contacted immediately when the problem was identified and respectfully asked which option we wanted to exercise for the repair. When considering our options for the purchase of our new Caravan, Pete was a wealth of knowledge. He listened to our needs and presented all the options available to us, from the standard van to the one with all the "extras". He wasted no time in taking us on a test drive. When we made the final decision, all of our needs were met, right from the color thru to my need for windows to be rolled down in the back of the van. Excellent, excellent experience! More

Went in to upgrade my 2011 compass to a new 2014 and instead left with my dream - 2014 jeep wrangler. Both Braydon and Sofia are amazing.
