Rod Bell was the products advisor that assisted me with finding the vehicle that was perfect for me. In the inital visit, he completed a survey which gave him an idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for, in regards to performance, appearance, price range, etc. This tool was excellent in ensuring that my experience and the vehicle I was shopping for was custom to my taste. Rod went above and beyond throughout the entire car buying experience, from the initial test drive - he kindly offered to take down the hard top of Jeep Wrangler Sahara in order for me to fully experience the vehicle's potential, ensuring I was content when I needed to wait for paperwork to be processed, and lastly and most important of all - he did a wonderful job in making this experience very personable. He would offer his time to me even after the Jeep was already in my possession, ensuring that I was still loving and enjoying my new vehicle. Which I still do! Rod even went out of his way to record and send a thank you video to me, greatly thanking me for my business at Eastern Chrysler, which I thought was such a nice gesture! I am extremely happy with my overall experience at Eastern Chrysler Dodge, Rod Bell - who's customer service was second to none, and lastly, my brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara! 2nd Vehicle bought from Andrew Hyrniuk We were in need of a new vehicle a number of years ago, and stopped by Eastern Chrysler to see what they had available. (he stayed late to close the deal!) Several years later, again needing a replacement vehicle we looked at a number of different vehicles at a number of dealerships. On our way home from visiting my parents we decided to stop by and see what Eastern had in stock. Andrew recognised us immediately, and asked us to wait a few minutes while he finished with other clients. Sean wanted to test drive something that he seen advertised, but Andrew asked him to wait as he had "just what we wanted". The van had just come in on trade and not even been cleaned yet. And Andrew was right, it was exactly what we were looking for! Andrew was very attentive as a salesperson, knew what we wanted/needed and found us the right vehicle immediately. Andrew never once spoke down to me as the "little woman" as some dealers had, and he made sure that I was going to be happy with the vehicle as I was going to be the primary driver.
