From the time we entered the showroom we were made to feel like a "King and Queen! Rod Bell was the salesman that helped us with our enquiries. We had thought of buying a good used Dodge Journey as our credit rating is blemished and did not think we would qualify at this time. Rod was very helpful asking all the right questions and letting us tell him what we wanted, Rod let us know that there was a sale going on that was ending that day. Rod was very knowledgeable and professional. We took the 2014 Journey for a test drive with Rod and I was totally sold. Rod introduced us to Brian who would be doing our financial stuff. We expected to wait four or even five days to hear back if we qualified for a 2014. We were not hopeful. Two days was all it took and we drove our new Journey home on Thursday. Throughout the our "Journey" we were dealt with respect and professionalism not only from Rod and Brian but from all who we came in contact with throughout our visit. We will be Eastern customers always due to the customer service we received. Kudos to Rod for loving his job enough to care about our needs and wants. Thanks again Eastern for making our dreams a reality and know that my foster children will forever be safe!!!! More
