Accident replacement vehicle My 2006 Caravan was regularly serviced by Eastern. Walter referred me to Andrew Hryniuk who helped us with selection process to determine what vehicle would be best for us. We ended up with a 2013 Grand Caravan demonstrator that was exactly what we wanted. A Honda loyalist goes Dodge My wife and I were in the market to trade in our Honda CR-V for a minivan to meet the needs of our growing family. We had test driven a Honda Odysse My wife and I were in the market to trade in our Honda CR-V for a minivan to meet the needs of our growing family. We had test driven a Honda Odyssey that we were close to pulling the trigger on, when on a whim we stopped by Eastern Chrysler after closing hours on Saturday. The plan was to take a quick look at the Grand Caravans on the lot, just to see what they looked like on the outside. We were only going to take a peak at them, thinking we wouldn't have to "deal with being approached by a sales person". Before we knew it, Brayden was coming out of the building, just off work and asked us whether or not we had any questions. We spent about ten minutes chatting briefly about the Grand Caravans and our intentions. Upon my request he opened one up, showed us a few things and encouraged us to come back after the weekend for their big sales event. We set an appointment, he gave us his card and said to text him if anything changes or if we have any questions. To be honest, at first I wasn't quite sure if I was going to come back or not but he politely asked us to give him a chance to earn our business and I am very glad that I did. In the end we purchased a brand new Grand Caravan that we are very happy with. We got a great deal with a much lower payment than we currently had on our CR-V, and a lower payment than what Honda was offering on the Odyssey. We got a great value on our trade-in, and overall a better value for everything that we got with the Grand Caravan vs the Odyssey. There were no tricks / no gimmicks. Roger did a great job working with us on the pricing and presented multiple payment options for us to choose from to ensure we got to the terms that met our satisfaction. Greg was excellent in getting us financed for the new car loan and went above and beyond for us. There were no surprises what so ever in the finance office once we started getting into the paper work and signing. Options for extended warranties, protection packages, etc. were offered and presented as value add ons, but there was no pressure or aggressive tactics when we declined on some of the extras that we weren't interested in. Everybody was straight up and on the level the whole way through. The only "concerning" part of the entire experience was the dealership policy on test drives being done with the product adviser in the car. I had to push a little to test drive the van on my own but can't complain too much because they did let me. This didn't even come up at Honda, but it also isn't the first dealership where I've encountered this scenario. It's a bit unfortunate that so many of the dealers are going by similar policies these days, but I suppose they have their reasons. Personally, I would never buy a car that I couldn't test drive alone. Many thanks to everybody that we dealt with, we really felt like you were working for us (and not working us), we will definitely consider Eastern Chrysler again for a future purchase! More

Cost a Little More - but worth it!! Chris Chester I had purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck in November of 2013. I was having some problems with the transmission. Eastern had tried to adjust this I had purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck in November of 2013. I was having some problems with the transmission. Eastern had tried to adjust this problem on my truck to no avail. I took the truck back last week and complained of the same problem occurring and that I was not pleased with the worry of this vehicle. Brayden Mazurkiewich offered the suggestion of changing vehicles as he was not pleased that I was not pleased with my truck. I traded up to a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman for a little more money - but nicer I think and worth the extra. I feel good about this truck. So far - so good. Nicole had mentioned that I should look at the Limited Edition Chrysler 200 they had just got in. When Braydon got back he greeted me with a big hug and I asked him to see the Chrysler 200 Nicole had mentioned. Low and behold I loved the car, it has heated seats, leather seats and a sunroof!
