2014 Jeep Cherokee North I just purchase a Jeep Cherokee North on August 13, 2014. I was not really looking at purchasing a new vehicle, as I had a 2012 Ford Escape. However I just purchase a Jeep Cherokee North on August 13, 2014. I was not really looking at purchasing a new vehicle, as I had a 2012 Ford Escape. However, as we were driving down Main Street, I noticed the Jeep Cherokee North that was on the pedestal in front of the dealership and I was intrigued and loved the looks of it. We stopped in to have a look and Brayden was awesome and bent over backwards to ensure that we took one out for a test drive. He went over the vehicle with us, but the one outside was missing a few options that I was interested in. We then went into the store and noticed one in the showroom that had everything I was looking for. He really spent a lot of time with us and made us feel really comfortable with no pressure. We then we're turned over to Andre to go over pricing and to get a trade-in value on my vehicle. They really met me with the figures I was satisfied with and bent over backwards to ensure the sale went through. Dorothy who is the Finance Manager.was amazing and really went over and beyond to work with us on this deal. I have bought a number of vehicles and this dealership is definitely number one in customer service. The best part was when I pressed the button and everyone came out to congratulate me on my new purchase...that was awesome. Chris Fleming More

Almost everyone I know has had a bad experience with purchasing a vehicle and I can't lie I have too but when I came to see you for my brand new 300 it was amazing from start to finish. If it wasn't you offering me your Nitro to take the kids for lunch, giving my prince toys to play with while we discussed serious business or you grabbing my husband and I a cool drink while you crunched the budget I gave you to work with. These little gestures go a long way and I want you to know that we appreciated every one of them. If there was a "xxxx yes" option to the question "would I recommend this dealership" that's what I would select but I guess a simple yes will do. shopping for a new car when my wife wrote off her chrysler 300, we shopped around winnipeg and gone to a few dealerships. we had a very bad experience two dealerships, Winni when my wife wrote off her chrysler 300, we shopped around winnipeg and gone to a few dealerships. we had a very bad experience two dealerships, Winnipeg dodge and gauthier's dodge regent. Winnipeg dodge were very pushy won't take no for answer. told them we just looking checking price's. Gauthier's on regent bullied us into giving a deposit for $ 500.00. My wife was very frustrated, with them.Before all of this we first went to Eastern Sales, and we meet Rod Bell, he was great treated us with respect and honesty.asked about the our needs then showed us around talked about the Chrysler 200 also the Jeep Cherokee. told Rod that we would like to think about it. And Rod sure call him when we were ready. Well after all that, my wife said lets go back to Eastern Sales, they treated us better, we went back and talked Rod and Jason Mclean and told them our experience with these other dealerships. They couldn't believe what we went through, When we bought our new Jeep Cherokee, Jason gave us a great deal and Also took the $500.00 off that Gauthiers keep.the finance guy Barry Olinkin, he was also great didn't try to sell something to us that we didn't need. he talked to my wife explained everything to her about her warranty and all her service needs for the Jeep.
