Recently I had signed to purchase a vehicle from a competitor, and realized by the next day I had been mislead on final finance information, pushed into purchasing things I didnt need or want and I returned their vehicle and took back my trade in the next day with not the best experience. I decided to take a recommendation from a friend and see the staff at Eastern Chrysler . The staff that I had the opportunity to interact with made my car shopping relaxed and stress free! They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and wants with out trying to over sell me in something i neither wanted or needed, but instead worked out an excellent deal that I was comfortable with. Dave and I came into the Eastern showroom this morning not exactly knowing what would be the best choice for us, although we had narrowed it down to either a Chrysler 200 or a Dodge Dart. You gave us all the information to help us come to a decision and when we took out the 2013 Chrysler 200 for a test drive, in spite of Dave’s reluctance to buy a black car, I was smitten! The car handled so well and makes for a seamless transition for me from the Chrysler Sebring. Braydon, you went beyond the call of duty, when you allowed me to drive the 200 to the apartment block parkade and make sure that I could drive it into our parking spot with ease. That was awesome customer service. We were also warmly welcomed by Nicole at reception, Sales Managers Jason and Andre, Barry for finance and many other staff members, whose names I don’t recall. Thank you all for such excellent service: it made the whole procedure of buying a car quick and easy. Dave and I will be back on Friday morning, eager to take possession of our new car. Excellent Overall Experience It's an excellent overall experience! Our car was written-off and we have to replace it. So we shop around until we met this Product Advisor (Rodney Francisco) and to tell you, he is so accommodating! We told him what we need, and he gave us not only that, but also what we would be wanting! It's awesome! At a price we can afford. He even would let us test drive the Jeep Compass 2012 while we still look for other options. We came back late afternoon, almost closing time, Rodney and the other staff waited on us until we decide on taking the Jeep. He was so patient! But also persistent! During signing of documents, there were freebies that was given to us, not only that but also a discount which we never asked. We got the car and up to now, if we have after sales needs, we just call him, even if it's early in the morning or late nights, he would still answer his phone. That's a tremendous after sales service! So if you're going to Eastern Chrysler look for this guy (Rodney Francisco)! You'll be in good hands! More

Before the appointment I received an email from Rod with a video he made of a car he had selected for me to test drive. What a nice touch and anticipatory service, the car was exactly what I was looking for. We made a great deal with Antoney amid a party like atmosphere and Dorothy was great with the financing part of it. They took my trade, moved the plates and I drove off with my new car before I knew it. Great experience! More
