Still like the Reps but I have a long-standing relationship with this dealership and have purchased 8 vehicles here now. Since the company was purchased there have been many I have a long-standing relationship with this dealership and have purchased 8 vehicles here now. Since the company was purchased there have been many changes which will have me starting to look elsewhere going forward. I recently purchased a new vehicle through Andrew. This guy is great to work with and will bend over backwards for you as a salesperson but I find the ownership is starting to limit the way these guys are able to work. I spent over 3 hours in the dealership on this purchase and that's after several months of Andrew knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted and the features I was interested in. Once upon a time my relationship with this dealership was such that I could call the rep I dealt with and arrange everything over the phone with the exception of signing the final paperwork. That's changed. My wife and I purchased another new vehicle just a few month back...that was brutal as we were in the dealership for more than 5 hours just to get a vehicle ordered (as they didn't have the vehicle in stock with the features we wanted). We could have saved a ton of time to let the salesperson know our wants and then to set him loose and contact us with options. Doesn't work like that anymore. Now they aren't even interested in discussing a deal unless you are physically in the dealership. Once again...this is nothing against Andrew and he is doing the best job he can under the circumstances. Times have changed...the dealership has changed. I just don't think it was necessarily for the good. More
