Very Knowledgable Staff We attended to Eastern Sales to consider the purchase of a Dodge Caravan or the Chrysler Town and Country Van and were comparing them against the Hond We attended to Eastern Sales to consider the purchase of a Dodge Caravan or the Chrysler Town and Country Van and were comparing them against the Honda Odyssey. We initially met with Rodney Francisco who took the time to bring a new Chrysler Town and Country from the back lot and spent a great amount of time going over all the features without any pressuring to finalize a deal. He later e-mailed all of the information on that vehicle as well as a second vehicle they had in stock. He was a very knowledgeable sales person who was prepared to spend the required time with the customer. We met with him a second time and after a test drive he spent time going over all the included features and even compared the vehicle to ordering another vehicle direct from the factory. (prices included) When it came time to make an offer the dealership was a pleasure to work with as they were straight forward and honest in their approach and a mutually agreeable price was settled on quickly. Financing was also a pleasure, dealing with Barry Olinkin who fully explained the extended warranty leaving the final decision up to the customer never making you feel like you had to make the purchase. He was very well versed in the financing of the vehicle making that process a breeze. In conclusion, you never felt pressured or rushed making the entire experience quite pleasant.
