I had the pleasure of having Chickie Sobering help me and my wife with the purchase of our new Cherokee. She was great, right from the start when we didn't know exactly which jeep we wanted all the way to working through the options of what we wanted and needed. She even let us take a few different Jeeps for test drives so that we could feel 100% comfortable with which type we wanted. As we ordered our jeep directly from the factory she kept us updated on where it was and when it was going to show up. Then the magical day came and she was so thorough she walked us through every tiny detail that our new Jeep had and there was a lot. They stayed late (after dealer hours) without hesitation to make the right fit (both vehicle, options and price) as we work during the day. Michael (Parts Manager) was also there to provide guidance with vehicle options and promptly coordinate them. Have been comparing with other dealerships too, but we don't need to tell you some of the other dealers played the typical car dealer games like low balling our trade, pressuring us that they had the only vehicle that would meet our needs and oddly enough at a higher price despite all their promo add-in give away's (who needs Holiday Cash you pay for, TV or trip, etc. - we'll buy my own). We'd advise friends to shop around to see for yourself, but we'd be sure to tell them to also make your final comparison/deal at Eastern Chrysler as they want to earn your long term relation (i.e. servicing) with a price that competes/beats. This is our second vehicle from Eastern Chrysler and we will return to them for both service, and some future purchase/trade, when the time comes. They had a variety of financing options that met our needs best. AAA rating to Eastern,-- that we could not say to certain other dealers, see for yourself!! Mark & D. M. More

A search of their used vehicle database turned up exactly what I was looking for. After a test drive and a complete description of vehicle options, the negotiations began. After meeting with Andrew's boss and also the Sales Manager we agreed on a price and signed a deal. The following day I picked up the vehicle and discovered it came with only one key (another would be $200). Also the power sliding doors were not operating correctly. Back to the shop it went the following week. The repair was actually quite extensive and I was provided a U-drive. I got my van back with no cost to me and everything works perfectly. The service department was excellent to deal with and I will be back for all my regular maintenance. Thank you Andrew (sales) and Gerald/Walter (service) for your assistance. More
