New vehicle with broken air conditioner; Poor Service Our family purchased a brand new Grand Caravan and to our disappointment, the air conditioner was not working. The van was brought in to the dealership and when we came back to retrieve it, nothing had been done and we were not contacted with an update. Again, we attempted to make contact with someone who could assist. We finally spoke to our original product adviser, Braydon. He was unsympathetic and showed no interest in helping or directing us to someone who could. The conversation rapidly went sour after Braydon threatened to hang up on us, saying he "can't do anything about it. Things happen." More

I dealt with Rodney and Vladomir for my sales people, and Matt Henry From the second I stepped into Eastern it was nothing but the best experience! At no point did I feel like just a sale going through the cash register, they welcomed me and not once did i feel under pressure that i had to buy at that moment.
